All Plastic Canisters Are Not The Same
Production of all Sho-Me Containers is done in a clean, automated processing system that conforms to the cleanliness of a food processing operation. Virgin material is stored in a sealed bin where it is fed through an automated mixer. The mixer combines the virgin material, regrinds the material from tails and tops and color in a precisely weighted mixture and sends it to the blow-molding machine.
The high production 4, 6 and 8 cavity blow-molding machines heat the material and mold it to exact specifications. The body is formed, the tops and tails are trimmed, and the canister is discharged into the packing area. It's all done automatically, to maintain the highest quality and cleanliness standards possible. Canister size specifications are easily changed, as spacers are all that are required to change the height of the canister.

Simply add or delete spacers and the change is made. Custom or special order canisters can also be competitively reduced because of the high efficiency and versatility of these state of the art blow-molding machines.
